Walking alongside you, every step of your digital transformation.
Portugal 2030 opens a rare window: European co-funding for the digital transition of Portuguese businesses. As Elyntis, we don’t just build the technology — we walk the whole road with you, from the first idea to a running, funded solution.
Which Portugal 2030 programme fits your business?
The main incentive systems and tax regimes available right now — see the details, rates, and eligibility for each.
SME Qualification
A non-refundable grant for organizational innovation — processes, digital economy, brand, quality and more — up to 50% support rate from €200,000 of eligible investment.
Productive Innovation
Fund a new production unit or the expansion of your existing productive capacity — up to 60% support rate, €300K to €25M investment.
SIFIDE
A tax credit for R&D activities, letting you deduct eligible R&D expenditure — including digital and environmental transition projects — from your corporate tax (IRC).
RFAI
A tax benefit for productive investment, broadly comparable to Productive Innovation — but granted through a direct deduction from your corporate tax (IRC) instead of a cash grant.
Smaller projects, closer to home
Portuguese funding runs through four administrative tiers. Below the national schemes and the regional programmes sit two more — the Just Transition territories and the intermunicipal communities — each with its own budget, rules and calendar. This is where the investment thresholds fall low enough to reach companies the national instruments structurally exclude.
IAPMEI, AICEP, Turismo de Portugal
SICE, SIID, SITCE and Empresas 4.0 — the programme-scale instruments.
CCDRs & regional programmes
Regional editions of the national systems, plus each programme's own calls.
Alentejo Litoral & Médio Tejo
Two territories, the highest rates available — up to 85%.
21 CIMs + 2 metropolitan areas
Territorial calls from €10,000, aimed at micro and small enterprises.
Territorial Incentive System
Your own intermunicipal community co-financing 40% to 70% of a modernisation project — software and equipment included, from €10,000 of eligible investment.
Just Transition, Médio Tejo
65% non-repayable support for micro and small enterprises across 11 municipalities, with digital transformation named as a focus area. Phase 2 closes 30 September 2026.
Productive Business Investment
Up to 60% for SMEs modernising production in Alentejo Litoral — technological modernisation of production processes is a named eligible investment.
Technological Infrastructures
The highest rate on this page — 85% for universities, technology-transfer bodies and municipalities, with companies as named partners. Closes 30 October 2026.
